Council of Ministers approved the full report on the priorities of government to prepare a budget for next year 2013 and as decided to cancel his decision to lend to the Ministry of Industry $ 400 million for the establishment of power stations, confirmed the approval of the technical report of the Secretariat on the draft Highway No. 2, and agree on a number of other laws.
