He said Fayad, "There is no point in the Kurdistan region claims to find a new formula the oil agreement with Baghdad, as the province did not abide by the first oil agreement, how it abide by oil last," adding that "any new agreement is a delay in the delivery of the region's oil for exports."
The Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan region last week sold about 13 million barrels of oil during last June in isolation from the federal government by having to pay the expenses of oil companies in the region.
