A senior Iraqi delegation to visit Turkey to increase water releases

BAGHDAD / obelisk announced to the parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, Sunday, determination and a high-level Iraqi delegation to visit Turkey soon to discuss the increase of water releases for Iraq, stressing the continuation of the work of the technical committees between the two countries.
The Chairman of the Committee said in a statement Hassan Chuird I followed "obelisk", "The high-level Iraqi delegation will visit the Turkish capital of Ankara over the next few days to discuss the water crisis that has plagued Iraq."

The religious authority warned earlier that the country is on the verge of water crisis, calling for the intensification of negotiations with the Turkish side to increase the water releases and to develop a contingency plan in this regard.
