WIN a coalition of state law within the National Alliance revealed the existence of an agreement with the Kurdish blocs in the House of Representatives on the draft accountability and justice law.
The leadership of the coalition of state law, MP Ibtisam Hilali told the reporter, "Khandan": "We are in a coalition of state law or the alliance and national General, reject that contains a draft accountability and justice law granting privileges to those who killed Iraqis or were a reason to kill them," asserting that "state law categorically rejects the granting of pensions to members of the Fedayeen Saddam and branches, people in the Baath Party. "
She explained that the "Kurdish blocs have the same situation of law and our agreement with them on it not to pass the law, but after not include these privileges," indicating that "any agreement between the National Alliance and the Kurdish blocs will prevent any law passed in the House of Representatives."
The Commission for Reconciliation and Justice and Accountability in the House of Representatives, had previously announced that the draft law ban the Baath Party and the Justice and Accountability includes paragraphs gives the Fedayeen Saddam and members of the branches and divisions of the dissolved Baath Party pensions.
