CBI data question
Does anyone else find this strange? I was looking at the CBI auction data and see that the following information is listed under transaction data:
The amounts deposited on 7/6 owed on 7/13
The amounts deposited on 6/30 owed on 7/9
The amounts deposited on 7/5 owed on 7/13
The amounts deposited on 7/2 owed day 7/9
See link with chart:

I looked back on CBI sales since 2003 and have not seen this before. This seems to indicate that the funds were deposited early but the due date was later. To me this seems to indicate that they are pulling back a lot more funds and trying to make it look like less. It's also interesting that recent auctions have shown no "cash" coming in. If you look at the chart you can see it's mostly "credit and remittance". I would not mention this on the board if it did not keep happening but at this point we have seen it for four days.
Looking for input on this.
