Kurdish lawmaker: All are committed to Barzani's nomination for the presidency of the region for a third term

Kurdish lawmaker confirmed, Tuesday, that all politicians in Kurdistan adhere to the nomination of regional president Massoud Barzani to the presidency for a third term, noting that Barzani enables the configuration of fraternal relations with Baghdad and neighboring countries. The MP said the Kurdistan Alliance Sirwan Abdullah in a statement to / scales News /, said that "all political leaders in Kurdistan and the Kurdish people believe that Massoud Barzani is the need to take over the presidency of the region for a third term and is greater than to take over the presidency." Abdullah said that "Barzani is not the kind of a stickler chair of power but the region at this stage is an urgent need for him to be the only leader who managed to reach the set goals in a peaceful manner, and furnished with a fraternal and peaceful relationship with the federal government in Baghdad and neighboring governments. The President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani identified, 20 of the month of August as the date for the next presidential elections in the region, while the concerned authorities demanded to take the necessary actions to manage the electoral process.
