He added that "the dispute between the center and the region on the export of oil does not reach a dead end, but that there are indicators for the return of the agreements between the parties," pointing out that "the next few weeks will see a new agreement."
Mohammed said that "the solution will be expected to reformulate the recent oil agreement between Baghdad and Arbil, and the study of the points of disagreement."
The Kurdistan Regional Government, announced last Wednesday, its independence in the sale of the region's oil without reference to the federal government in Baghdad, noting that oil revenues will be transferred directly to the Ministry of Finance and Economy in the government of the province.
