Obama: We will work with al-Abadi to adopt a comprehensive strategy to restore Iraq's abilities

Assured US President Barack Obama, on Wednesday, he would work with the prime minister Haider al-Abadi to adopt a comprehensive strategy to enable Iraq to regain its capabilities, pointing out that it can not solve the problems of Syria without Iran, Russia, Turkey and the Gulf.
Obama said during a press conference at the White House on the Iranian nuclear agreement and I followed Alsumaria News, "We will work with al-Abadi to adopt a comprehensive strategy to help in Iraq's possession of his abilities again," asserting that " Iran has influence in Iraq by virtue of the existence of the Shi'ite majority. "
Obama said, that "it is natural to meet Abadi and negotiate with Iran as a neighbor state," at the same time accusing Tehran of "financing Shiite militias that have worked to target American soldiers," he said.
In a related context, Obama pointed out that it "can not resolve the problems without Syria and Iran, the Russians and the Turks and the Gulf," adding that it "is not the responsibility of the president to solve the problems of the peoples of the Middle East, but also the responsibility of the people themselves."
And it reached Iran and the six major powers, on Tuesday (July 14, 2015), to a landmark nuclear deal that would ease sanctions on Tehran in exchange for curbing its nuclear program, it is expected that the agreement allows the increase of Iran's oil exports significantly.
