Local officials in Karbala say that the financial crisis may pay to look for other sources of income, pointing out that rely on the province's share of the annual financial allocations only has many negative returns, especially if the country suffers from a financial crisis, as is happening today.
Says Mayor of Karbala Hussein Almncoche to maintain soil could bring important resources of income if they have been exploited thoughtful.
