Erbil/Iraq News Network-United Nations Mission in Iraq, its support for solving problems afflicting the region and disputes with the Federal Government, calling on the parties to abide by the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil.
a statement of the Presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government: "Prime Minister نيچيرفان Barzani met Thursday morning in Arbil, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General Jan Kubis and his entourage, notingThat Kubis talks attended by the Vice-President of the Government of the territory kobad Talabani, was happy for the excellent cooperation and coordination between the territorial Government institutions and organizations of the United Nations, adding that Kubis thanked the Government territory on all such assistance provided to displaced persons and refugees, stressing that the United Nations supports the endeavours of the KRG to resolve internal problems and disputes with Baghdad over UN Envoy said Readiness for cooperation with the territorial Government, expressing its support for dialogue between Arbil and Baghdad renewed Kubis Meanwhile stressed the need for all parties and especially Baghdad, agreement with Erbil.
and the President of the territorial Government نيچيرفان Barzani talked about recent developments in the problems between Arbil and Baghdad, pointing to persistent problems between the two sides last year and had not been addressed, adding Barzani that the territorial Government is obliged to take further steps to solve their problems, especially in the economic sphere, but that at the same time, the Government Support dialogue and negotiations with Baghdad to reach a suitable solution in the interest of all parties. Barzani thanked the United Nations role in that regard.
