Cabinet Approves cut the salaries of ministers and deputies and special grades and to compensate the victims of the massacre of Diyala [expanded]

Council of Ministers decided at its twenty-ninth regular Tuesday under the chairmanship of President of the Council Haider al-Abadi ratification of the cut Reaultb ministers, MPs and special grades, and to compensate the victims of the bombing of hand Khan Bani Saad.
A statement by the Council of Ministers received by the agency all of Iraq [where] a copy of "The Council of Ministers discussed in its meeting today terrorist crime in the area of Khan Bani Saad and decided by the Compensation Committee in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of direct compensation for the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and to authorize the Prime Minister the power to take measures needed to rebuild the shops and markets affected.
The Council also stressed to begin the adoption of the completion of the retirement of transactions and the rights of the martyrs measures with an emphasis on negligent accounting otherwise.
The Council of Ministers approved on the top positions and the three presidencies to reduce the salaries and as follows:
1. A - the prime minister and his deputies by 50%.
B - The amount of Maitkadah President and Chairman of the House of Representatives by salary and allowances of the Prime Minister.
(c) the salary and allowances of the Vice President and the Vice President of the House of Representatives by salary and allowances of the Deputy Prime Minister.
2. (a) reduction of the minister allocations and their grade It shall receive their salaries by 45%.
b - the amount of Maitkadah be after reduction Member of Parliament by salary Minister.
3. reduce agents ministers and advisers and those with special grades and general managers and allocation their grade and earn their salary by 40%.
4. Reduce staff allocations in all their addresses Employment in the three presidencies, bodies and departments associated by 30%.
5. The Ministry of Finance and the Office of Financial Supervision and financial units in presidencies, ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry of the implementation of what was stated above with effect from 8.1.2015.
The Council of Ministers approved treatment and rehabilitation of random housing plan submitted by the Higher Committee for the policies of poverty alleviation and stomach in collaboration with the United Nations Human Settlements Organization [un-habttat].
The Council also approved the recommendation of the Commission to simplify the procedures to adopt the official archives tariff Emma identity card or passport, and archives own housing [The card housing or the endorsement housing] unless the law requires submission of other documents, and to hold the offending employee to work the content of this Alaqrar.anthy
