Parliamentary Finance: Service Act eliminates the significant differences staff salaries

Finance Committee in the House of Representatives promised that the legislation of the Federal Civil Service Law will eliminate the large differences in salaries between staff, expected to be completed end of this year.
Said committee member Abdul Qader Mohammed for "Ply News", that "the law will organize salaries to all ministries and presidencies of the three bodies and institutions is related to the Ministry of equal and makes it in principle," pointing out that "there are institutions in the state where the significant differences for the salaries of its staff, which reflected on the reality of living and even psychological staff. "
He Mohammed that "the Commission is considering the possibility of putting some paragraphs in the law that enable the government to determine the salaries included taking consistent standards, as is the case in many countries," pointing out that "the legislation Civil Service Law of the Federal eliminate the large differences in salaries between staff and identifies all of them work paths. "
Mohammed said that "the Commission is working seriously and through the formation of a sub-committee to finalize the draft law believe that it will be ready for discussion in the corridors of the House of Representatives the end of this year."
The Cabinet approved the reduction of the top positions salaries of the three presidencies of 50% to be the amount of remuneration of the President and the Chairman of the House of Representatives by salary and allowances of the Prime Minister, making the salary and allowances of Vice President and Vice President of the House of Representatives by salary and allowances of the Deputy Prime Minister.
The Cabinet also decided to reduce the allocation of the minister and their grade and earn their salaries by 45%, that is how much they earned after reduction by a member of the House of Representatives salary minister.
The Council of Ministers decided to reduce the allocation of agents ministers and advisers and those with special grades and general managers and their grade and earn their salary by 40%, as well as the reduction of staff in all functional addresses allocations in the three presidencies, bodies and departments associated by 30%.
