Iraq asked to extend the mission of the United Nations for one year

He asked the representative of Iraq permanent in the United Nations Mohammed Ali Hakim , Wednesday, to extend the work of the United Nations Mission for a year, stressing that Iraq pay attention to the work, "UNAMI".
Hakim said during a speech today at a meeting of the Security Council to discuss the report of the United Nations Mission for Iraq and I followed Alsumaria News, that "Iraq attached great importance to the work of UNAMI in the country, and reaffirm the vital role of the United Nations Mission."
Hakim added that "Iraq is required to extend the mandate of the United Nations Mission for another year ends on July 31, 2016".
