General: corruption of Al-Maliki and his aides behind the breakdown of the Iraqi army

Baghdad/Iraq News Network said us President Barack Obama, candidate for the post of Chief of staff of the u.s. Army, Gen. Mark Miley, the Iraqi army will combat has been restrained because of lack of resources and appropriate leadership and corruption of Al-Maliki and his sectarianism and corruption of military and security library.
This came during a hearing of the armed services Committee in the u.s. Senate, Tuesday, regarding his candidacy for the post, saying that "Iraqi forces willing to fight until the withdrawal of us forces from Iraq ends in 2011.
He has since been "sabotage series own terms (military leaders) due to corruption the Office of Nouri al-Maliki (GC) in addition to Maliki's sectarian and financial and administrative corruption, degradation and corruption of leaders close to Al-Maliki.
The us officer summed up the Iraqi forces retreated before the advance of daash in Mosul, say "If 3 or 4 years without training, without efficient, capable and committed leadership, then it can certainly understand why the units collapsed last year, before the attack daash".
