Khandan - met with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, on Sunday in Salahuddin, Iraq's oil minister Adel Abdul Mahdi....The presidency of the Kurdistan region, in a statement, said he was in the meeting shed light on the relations between the Kurdistan region and Baghdad in the field of energy as well as the obstacles faced by the oil agreement between the two parties. It was also stressed during the meeting for their continued cooperation to resolve all problems
