Raising project of the National Guard Law to the Presidency of Parliament

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - announced the Security and Defense Committee in the House of Representatives Defense by Iskandar and berries, raising project of the National Guard Law to the Presidency of the Council to set a date put forward for the first reading in the coming sessions.
And pledged to House Speaker Salim al passing important legislation during the current legislative, most notably the Federal Court Act, amnesty and accountability, justice and the parties and the prohibition of the National Guard and the Baath Party.
Said Tut's (IMN), that "the security and defense committee filed a draft law to the National Guard Presidency of the Council of Representatives in order to set a date be incorporated into the agenda of the Council for the first reading and start discussing within the parliament."
The Council of Ministers approved in March a legal draft of the National Guard and the Justice and Accountability and the prohibition of the Baath Party and referred them to the Parliament for discussion and approval of them. And two under the terms of the political agreement which paved the way for formation of the government.
And berries and added that "a lot of differences Taatari points of the bill, the most prominent Maitalq mechanism of formation of the National Guard and command and control", adding that "the National Alliance supports the formation of a national guard mechanism similar to the Iraqi Army and to prevent the adoption of regionalism in its composition."
The National Guard law of one of the points contained in a document the political agreement, which was formed on the basis of which the current government, and the draft law aims to regulate the work of the popular crowd forces in all provinces, especially after the turn it into an official body.
