He pointed out that he "decided to form an investigative committee on the issuance of checks mentioned by the General Secretariat in spite of its rejection by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi."
The Council approved according to the statement, "to authorize the Prime Minister the power to issue instructions for the resolution No. 282 for the year 2015".
