Shammari: the government's inability to manage financial resources led to spiraling unemployment and poverty in the country

BAGHDAD / Sky Press: Refer economic expert Abdul Hassan al-Shammari, Wednesday, the cause of spiraling unemployment and poverty in the country to the poor planning of the government in managing the money of the state.
Al-Shammari said for "Sky Press," that "the bad planning of the federal government in the management of financial resources of the state and poor distribution of wealth and the lack of clear goals of the general budget, as well as non-ministerial cooperation for the development of future economic vision, are all reasons devoted unemployment and poverty in Iraq."
"The government is required to develop radical solutions to remove barriers and obstacles that limit the advancement of sectors productivity of the country, particularly the industrial and agricultural being the promise important for the country sectors", calling for "non-reliance on oil as a resource head in the construction of the general budget."
The international reports indicated that the unemployment rate in Iraq has increased from 24% to more than 30%, while the proportion below the poverty from 14% to 30% line.
