The President of the Regional Government of Kurdistan, Nechirvan Barzani, on Wednesday, the readiness of the Government of the Territory to the supervision of the international community and the United Nations on the export of oil, stressing his willingness to visit Baghdad to discuss and address my budget and oil with the center.
Barzani said in a statement after a meeting with German Ambassador to Iraq Aghard Bruce, received Alsumaria News, a copy of which, "The Kurdistan Region is ready to supervision of the international community and the United Nations on the export of oil to the Kurdistan region abroad."
Barzani said that "the Government of the Territory would like solving problems and obstacles with the federal government in Baghdad through dialogue and negotiations and I'm ready to visit Baghdad to discuss ways to address the special in my oil and budget problems," and expressed regret for the 2003 "go to Baghdad to build a new Iraq that did not happen ", as he put it.
Barzani called to "help the Kurdistan region of humanitarian and military terms to be able to provide better services to refugees and displaced persons in the region", pointing out that "the region is looking forward to better relations with neighboring countries and the world on the basis of common interests."
For his part, the German ambassador to Iraq Aghard Bruce according to the statement, the wish "to solve the problems between the center and the region through dialogue," describing the federal system of government in Iraq as "a better system."
The Bruce "in Germany continued support and assistance of the Peshmerga forces in the war against al-Daash".
