Cabinet announces new decisions for citizens

Council of Ministers announced on Wednesday, authorize the Minister for Municipalities and Public Works and the Mayor of Baghdad, the validity of rental stalls for the sale of magazines and newspapers for people with special needs and disabilities as a result of terrorist operations exclusively, indicating that it is an exception to the conditions of public auction.
Her circle of Cabinet Affairs, "The Council authorized the Minister of Municipalities and Public Works, Abd al-Karim al-Ansari, and the Mayor of Baghdad, the anniversary Alloush, validity rental kiosks invest for the sale of magazines and daily newspapers for people with special needs and disabilities as a result of exclusively terrorist operations."
She said the department, that "the decision has spent the exception of those categories of conditions for public auction, according to the provisions of Article (40) of the sale and lease of state funds Law No. (21) for the year 2013," noting that "the estimate rents will be by committees estimate referred to in the Act ".
She explained circle of Cabinet Affairs, that "the decision, which bears the number (287), taken during the thirtieth session of the Council held on Tuesday (28 July 2015 current)".
The successive wars that gripped Iraq and the violence that left millions of disabled, added a lot of them with special needs, who have two things in life management of their affairs.
