BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The Cabinet held its regular second for 2015 in Baghdad, on Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
He said a press statement, the Council got "obelisk" a copy of it, he "issued a series of decisions during its meeting, namely:
1-1 / approval rating task bills referred to the House of Representatives a manner that is consistent with the government program, as follows:
First: economic nature projects.
Second, the nature of the security projects.
Third: The nature of service projects.
Fourth, with the scientific and environmental nature of the projects.
2 / projects above arrangement in accordance with the sequence of the proposal contained in the memorandum of the Legal Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with a number: MD / s / 2/2/21/4076 and Almakhh on 12/21/2014.
3 / the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and the House of Representatives office approached the House of Representatives for the purpose of urging him to speed up the important laws and legislation that have already referred to them in a timely manner.
2. Approval of the draft Fifth Amendment to the Law on Public Enterprises Law No. (22) for the year 1997, and submitted it to the State Council for its scrutiny, and then submit it to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution.
4. Approval of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the promotion and protection agreement and ensure investment between member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, which entered into force on 25.02.1988, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution.
5. Approval by the National Investment Commission granted the investment license to Nasiriyah General Trading and Contracting Company WLL (Kuwaiti nationality) and the signing of the investment contract with them, for the purpose of implementation of Diwaniya, the new airport project (Nada) by investing in three stages on the allocated space (7000 ) acres widget numbered (1/10 province sparkling 24) in the province of Diwaniyah, according to the provisions of Article 7 (/ b) of the Investment Law No. (13) for the year 2006 average.
6. Approval to authorize the Minister of Industry and Minerals, the validity of the signature initials with Shell, for the purpose of implementing the beacon / joint petrochemical complex project, according to the policies included in the book and the Ministry of Industry and Minerals with a number: (MW / 387), dated 15/01/2015, according to the provisions of Article (15) of the Public Companies Act No. 22 of 1997 as amended and the law ministry's number (38) for the year 2011, to be signed within one week from the date of issuance of this decision.
7. Approval of the draft law on protection from domestic violence, the auditor of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Article (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council Ministers.
8. emphasize the commitment to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (409) for the year 2013 on the draft treaty Contract Law, which had previously sent to the House of Representatives under the Book General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with a number: H.z / 10/1/31/30825, dated 3 / 10/2013.
9-1 / Approval to authorize the Iraqi ambassador to Japan to negotiate and sign a loan for the project Rehabilitation Project Hartha power station between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Japanese Agency for International Cooperation Agreement.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Iraqi ambassador to Japan, according to the contexts approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
10. Approval of Mayati:
1 / authorize the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities (just Fahd Alhurcab Badri) to negotiate and sign the draft Protection of stolen cultural property agreement or transferred illegally and conservation and recovery between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Peru, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
11. approve the amendment to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (486) for the year 2013, and as follows:
1 / establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Iraq and the Republic of the Fiji Islands, and the level of non-resident Ambassador to strengthen the ties of friendship between the two peoples and the development of cooperation in areas of common interest.
2 / the Iraqi Embassy in the Australian capital / Canberra covered yard work Dzrvigi Republic.
15. Approval of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to eradicate the illicit trade in tobacco products to the Convention of the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control The window on February 27/2005, and forwarded to the Parliament Act protocol, based on the provisions of Article (61 / item I) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution.
