Cabinet committed ministries and government institutions all not to grant any new license or renewal of a previous vacation or exchange financial benefits to work and companies, contractors and community colleges, hospitals and owners only after providing support clearance issued by the Department of pension and Social Security in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs supports the inclusion of their workers' security.
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The Cabinet approved on Tuesday, the processing of the ministries of electricity and water resources of fuel through the forward, while the Council committed the government institutions not to grant any new license or renewal of a previous vacation or financial dues exchange to work and companies, contractors and community colleges, hospitals, employers only after submission support clearance issued by the Department of pension and social security.
The council said in a press statement, he was "held its seventh regular session for 2015 in Baghdad (Tuesday, April 28, 2015) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:
1. to approve the recommendation of the Committee on Energy and processing of the Ministries of Electricity and Water Resources through the fuel on credit processing ensures that the Ministry of Finance guarantee payment at check-term required in the coming years that the processing period is the end of the summer season only.
2. approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs on the subject of extra to hold the drilling and completion costs (23) wells productive drilling italics in the reservoir supervisor / West Qurna / 2 SOC and Russian Lukoil, as follows: to approve the implementation of parts of the amount ordered (38,704,405) dollars , only thirty-eight million, seven hundred and four thousand, four hundred and five dollars to the amount of the actual contract port of the amount (130 066 808) dollars, only one hundred and thirty million and sixty-six thousand eight hundred and eight dollars to become a total amount of $ (168 771 213) dollars, only one hundred and sixty-eight million, seven hundred and seventy one thousand and three hundred and ten dollars.
3. compel ministries and government institutions all not to grant any new license or renewal of a previous vacation or exchange financial benefits to work and companies, contractors and community colleges, hospitals and owners only after providing support clearance issued by the Department of pension and Social Security in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs supports the inclusion of their workers' security, in order to provide social security and the allocation of lucrative salaries for workers secured commensurate with the status of living and provide better services for the rest of the workers, and maximize retirement circle resources and social security from various sources, according to the provisions of Article (33 / B) of the law of retirement and social security for workers No. (39) of 1971.
4. Approval of Mayati:
1 / authorize the Minister of Justice (spokesman Haidar Jassim Zamili) the authority to negotiate and sign a draft legal and judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria Agreement, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Justice, in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
5. Approval of Mayati:
1 / draft law on ratification of the loan Rehabilitation Project Hartha power station between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Japan / Japan International Cooperation Agency signed in the city of Baghdad on 02/09/2015 Convention on the Law, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Article (61 / item I and 80 / second item) of the Constitution.
2 / document issuing subsequent license to negotiate and sign Finance Minister (Hoshyar Mahmud Zebari) on the draft convention earlier, according to the provisions of Articles (6 and 28) of the Contract Law of Treaties No. (111) for the year 1979 average.
3 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document license subsequent to the Finance Minister, in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in order to obtain the signature of the prime minister
