Cabinet decisions to its normal Tuesday
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: The Cabinet approved on Tuesday by the Ministry of Finance to deport request of the Ministry of Justice regarding the securing of more than eight billion dinars to the 2015 budget, while authorizing the State Department to negotiate with Iran over the border instead of the Algiers Convention.
The council said in a press statement received "obelisk" a copy of it, he was "held its fourth regular session in Baghdad, headed by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and issued by the Council following decisions:
1. Adoption of the exchange one month's salary for companies to self-financing by the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Finance.
2. The approval of the draft of the Federal High Court Act and the amendment of Article (12) of the project to be a quorum of two thirds of the presence of the court.
3. Authorize the State Department to continue to negotiate with the Iranian side to reach a final and comprehensive solution on the common border rivers and deviation Shatt al-Arab path toward Iraqi Alaradih.
4. to approve the formation of a committee of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Environment to deliver a building to the Ministry of Environment.
5. Approval by the Ministry of Finance and the deportation request of the Ministry of Justice to the budget in 2015, regarding the insurance amount (8,435,470,800) dinars, only eight billion, four hundred and thirty-five million, four hundred and seventy thousand and eight hundred dinars to the Ministry of Justice to the budget in 2015, in order to fulfill its obligations with the contracted companies for the restoration and rehabilitation of prisons based on resolutions digital Council of Ministers (378) for the year 2012 and (322) for the year 2013.
6. approve the exception of the Ministry of Displacement and Migration of the fifth point of the publication of the Ministry of Finance and the powers of exchange of a number (119 995) in 12/30/2013, and the exception of the Implementing Regulations of the Federal budget for the year 2013.
