Said Undersecretary Maher Hamid for "Qurtas News", "The ministry has given priority for developed projects in financing operations after the financial distress experienced by the country," adding that "the project was divided in terms of funding into three parts without the 50% advanced and projects above the proportion of 50% The project ended accomplishment, and there would be attributed to funding for these parts. " Hamid said that "the investment projects has paid great attention during the past years, and for the budget ministry headed by drawing its plan for 2016 to the economic projects that would develop the Iraqi economy."
