The House of Representatives decided to postpone the first reading of the draft law powers of the President, because it contains constitutional violations. According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where], that "the Legal Committee recommended to postpone the first reading of the draft presidential powers law, because there is a constitutional violations." He added that "the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri, decided to postpone reading the law, called to address the Presidency of the Republic for the purpose of taking observations related to violations of the Constitution and corrected and then brought back to Parliament for legislation ".anthy
