Jubouri threatening display of important laws for public vote if the blocks unresolved disputes thereon

House Speaker Salim DisplayLink threatened in today's session introduced controversial legislation to a vote in the upcoming public hearings for approval. According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "al-Jubouri called for in today's session the heads of parliamentary blocs to resolve the final positions of the laws that have reached the stage of voting, but what continues to be hindered because of political differences on them, particularly the Federal Court Rules, parties and the National Guard and the amnesty and accountability, justice and labor." He called Jubouri, according to the source "of the political blocs to give priority to the public interest," adding that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives would seek in the event of continuing disable those laws and delay it to be placed on the agenda and resolved once and for all by voting public." It is said that the differences are between the political blocs on some of the draft laws, including National Guard and the Federal Court, political parties, and accountability, justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party.
