A government official: Babylon more conservative ready to take over the transfer of powers file

Said Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Jamal al-Din al-Badri, Tuesday, that the adviser Babil province, the provinces are more ready to take over the transfer of powers from the service ministries file.
Badri said in an interview with the program "from 10 to 11," which aired "Alsumaria TV", that "eight ministries that will transfer powers to local governments in the provinces, are agriculture, construction, housing, health and Municipalities and Public Works, Education and Labor and Social Affairs, Youth and Sports."
Badri said that "Babylon more provinces readiness to take over the transfer of powers from the service ministries file", adding that "provinces under the control of the organization will take over the transfer of powers Daash file actually fully liberalized."
She stressed the MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Biriwan Khilani, on Monday (August 3, 2015) that the legal period for the transfer of powers from the ministries to the provinces will expire on the fifth of the current month of August, noting that the application of provincial law is moving from the central administration to decentralization.
The Act 21 of 2008 for provincial councils issued by the House of Representatives that the provincial councils regulatory and supervisory powers over all ministries and institutions except the courts, universities and the military.
