Governor of Baghdad: corruption files that Ahalnaha Integrity had not been arrested on the large whales

The governor of Baghdad, Ali al-Tamimi, Wednesday, that the files of corruption that have been forwarded to the integrity failed to arrest the "great whales", stressing that the province does not currently have any money and its plan to build the city of Baghdad did not start.
Tamimi said during a press conference on the opening of a kindergarten in Sadr City and attended by Alsumaria News sidelines, "The previous corruption files that Ahalnaha which billions are not captured on the big whales that were stolen billions, while the arrest of some of ordinary employees," asserting that "Preservation does not have any budget since 2013 until now."
Tamimi added that "the province managed from the transfer of 209 billion dinars from the Ministry of Education to build a number of schools, in addition to the redeployment of 271 billion dinars from the Ministry of Finance to complete a number of projects," noting that "the money the province, amounting to 760 billion dinars were not given to us, but the amount of 76 billion dinars were spent on contractors Kksmh adversaries. "
Tamimi pointed out that "the province does not currently possess any money and our plan to build the city of Baghdad did not start now because of lack of money," pointing out that "the financial crisis plaguing the country could be solved by borrowing or payment on credit."
He called the governor of Baghdad, the Council of Ministers to "the need to approve the contract by payment on credit and expedite the issuance of instructions for this by the ministries of planning and finance."
And it revealed the province of Baghdad, in March 2014, about 150 projects stopped for lack of cash, adding that the stoppage would compromise on the citizens.
The Ministry of Planning, on 18 February, that the current year budget in 2015 does not include new projects and limited to the ongoing ones.
