Deputy calls for providing Al-Maliki to international criminal due to the fall of Mosul

Smiling face-Kurdish Deputy, demanded the submission of the Vice-President and former Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, to the International Criminal Court, because "the responsibility for the control of organizing terrorist daash Mosul last summer."
Said Adel Nouri Deputy from Kurdistan Islamic Union told the Anatolia news agency that Al-Maliki "is primarily responsible for the fall of Mosul, however, the courts in Iraq would not be impartial in the trial, and therefore call for a trial in the International Criminal Court in the Hague."
He said Nuri, a member of the Parliamentary Commission for investigating causes of the fall of Mosul, a former Commander of the Iraqi ground forces, the Panel ghaidan, make some Admissions Committee about responsibility in the fall of Mosul, however, the militant organization.
Kurdish mp said that they had received said ghaidan orders from the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces Nuri al-Maliki time to withdraw from the attack arrived "daash" city in June 2014, which led to the imposition of regulation full control.
Attorney Adel Nouri noted that the Kurdish political parties, has submitted a proposal to the Presidency of the Kurdistan region, opened a lawsuit against Al-Maliki in the International Tribunal in the Hague, without giving more details about it.
