Saadia administration announced hand in Diyala province, on Saturday, about the need for more than 50 billion Iraqi dinars to restore normal life to the area, and with the central government called for the speedy regardless these customizations, called for the amounts affected families exchange their homes because of the violence.
The director of hand Saadia Ahmed Alzercoche in an interview with the (long-Presse), said that "more than 40 thousand people have been displaced from the left because of the violence are distributed to 30 villages belonging to the hand," noting that "the need for more than 50 billion dinars to rebuild infrastructure and construction projects Water and rehabilitation of schools. The governor of Diyala Muthana al-Tamimi, announced on Saturday (the 25th of July 2015), about the return of 240 families to hand Saadia, northeast of Baquba, after having been displaced for over a year because of the control of the organization (Daash) over large areas of the province, while stressing the Secretary-General of the Organization Badr Hadi al-Amiri to that the coming days will witness the return of all families to Jalawla and Saadia and great in the form of meals.
The Committee of the displaced and displaced persons in the House of Representatives revealed in (the second of July 2015), for a political agreement to restore the displaced people to their areas of Diyala province within 60 days, while confirming that the committees of Diyala province will implement the agreement.
The Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji said in (the first of July 2015), that the political instability in Diyala province will contribute to the social and security stability, and noted that most of the preservation problems "technical problems, not political", and while pointing out that the return of 80% of the displaced people of Diyala longer accomplishing the security forces, he stressed that the nature of the community diversity of the province requires that it be managed by "administrative government."
The province of Diyala, based in the city of Baquba, has seen control organization (Daash) and armed groups allied with him, an army Naqshbandi, on some areas, after control of the cities of Mosul and Tikrit, on the tenth of June, but the security forces and the popular crowd were able to edit those areas.
