Legal representative: the sacking of a key Congress of the Republic and the Minister needs to Parliament vote

Decision needs to be a parliamentary vote in the House of Representatives of the dome becomes effective, so that such decisions require a simple majority.
BAGHDAD / Obelisk: Parliamentary Legal Committee announced, Sunday, that the dismissal of a key Congress of the Republic and the Minister needs to vote by the House of Representatives, while likely to witness the next meeting to vote on it.
Said committee member MP Ibtisam Hilali in an interview with local media, and pursued "obelisk", "The Prime Minister's decision to sack major Congress of the Republic, ministers, brave," indicating that "the powers of the President Alorza take such a decision."
Hilali and added that "the decision needs to be a parliamentary vote inside the Dome of the House of Representatives to become effective," adding that "such decisions need to be so simple majority."
Hilali and suggested that "see the next parliamentary session, the government put forward reforms measures, including the sacking of a key Congress of the Republic and the ministers."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi issued, on Sunday morning (9 August 2015), a set of guidelines, which included an immediate reduction of numbers protections for all those responsible Dmenhm three presidencies, and the abolition of the posts of Vice President and the Prime Minister immediately, and the dimensions of all senior positions from quotas partisan and sectarian and feminine ministries and agencies to raise efficiency and reduce costs, and the abolition of the special provisions for the presidencies of bodies, state institutions and retirees of them, and the opening of the previous and current files of corruption under the supervision of the Commission, "Where did you get this."
