Announced Transport Minister Baqir al-Zubaidi, Sunday, that the paper reforms made by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to the council included three axes, pointing out that the Council voted on these themes in its emergency meeting after the discussion of more than an hour and a half. The prime minister Haider al-Abadi issued, on Sunday morning (9 August 2015), a set of guidelines, which included an immediate reduction of numbers protections for all those responsible Dmenhm the three presidencies, and the abolition of the posts of Vice President and the Prime Minister immediately, and the dimensions of all senior positions from quotas partisan and sectarian, and feminine ministries and agencies to raise efficiency and reduce costs, and the abolition of the special provisions for the presidencies of bodies, state institutions and retirees of them, and the opening of the previous and current files of corruption under the supervision of the Commission "Where You get this".
