Deputy: the second step of reform to integrate single-jurisdiction ministries

MP from the Union of National Forces Ahmed al-Jubouri, Sunday, that the second step of paper reforms made by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi today and approved unanimously by the Council, is to integrate the single jurisdiction of ministries.
He said al-Jubouri's Alsumaria News , "The second step of the reform government Petrhik 50% by integrating single-jurisdiction ministries."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi issued, on Sunday morning (9 August 2015), a set of guidelines, which included an immediate reduction of numbers protections for all those responsible Dmenhm three presidencies, and the abolition of the posts of Vice President and the Prime Minister immediately, and the dimensions of all senior positions from quotas partisan and sectarian and feminine ministries and agencies to raise efficiency and reduce costs, and the abolition of the special provisions for the presidencies of bodies, state institutions and retirees of them, and the opening of the previous and current files of corruption under the supervision of the Commission, "Where did you get this."
And the voice of the Council of Ministers, on Sunday, unanimously adopted a paper reform announced by the President of the Council Haider Abadi, today, in the presence of 31 ministers.
The religious authority demanded on Friday (August 7, 2015), Abadi to be more "daring and courageous" steps in the reform, urging him to strike with an iron on the "tampering" people's money. Also it invited him to not hesitate to charge is not appropriate offsets albeit "supported by" asking him to disclose obstructionists to the reform process.
