MP: major reforms to dissolve parliament and regime change

BAGHDAD / .. confirmed a member of the parliamentary legal committee high Nassif, Tuesday, that major reforms should take place to dissolve parliament and change to a presidential system of government.
Nassif said for "Eye Iraq News," "Today we started collecting signatures of MPs to dissolve parliament and change to a presidential system and there response by some members of parliament", indicating that "the dissolution of parliament and change the system needs to vote 217 deputies."
It showed that "a lot of Representatives have begun freed from the bloc and give the benefit of the country to the interests of the party and signed a dissolution of parliament and change the regime", adding that "major reforms and the transfer of Iraq to safety to dissolve the House of Representatives and the change to a presidential system."
The House of Representatives voted, on Tuesday, the reforms made by the prime minister Haider al-Abadi package, and the package of parliamentary reforms submitted by the President of Parliament, Salim al. Ended 9
