Official statement: Abadi visit to China focused on the aspects of economy, reconstruction and reinforcement
Prime Minister's Office announced that the "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will focus his visit to China next week on aspects of the economy and reconstruction and armament."
A statement by the prime minister, said that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi go next week to the People's Republic of China at the head of a senior government delegation on an official two-day visit; to discuss the development of relations between the two friendly countries in various fields."
The statement continued that "the visit will focus on the economic side, the most important axis in the talks, which focused on oil, energy, transport files, and to increase the presence of construction and reconstruction Chinese companies in Iraq, in addition to meeting the need for Iraq to support the military and police forces in arming and training and military equipment."
He revealed the official spokesman for Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi about the intention of the prime minister Haider al-Abadi to go to the state of China in the 19th of this month at the head of a high-level government delegation; to discuss the development of relations between the two countries, and promote trade cooperation between the two being the well-developed economic and industrial level, and its investment companies great.
