The religious authority welcomes the reforms Abadi and warns of obstruction

The religious authority warned that people would have a proper position of Markulai reform process, while welcomed recent reforms announced by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, saying he did not repair without reform the judiciary.
The representative of reference in Karbala, Sheikh Abdel Mahdi al-Karbalai during Friday prayers held in the courtyard Husseini and followed radio tow "announced in the past few days to take several decisions to reform government institutions and the fight against corruption and we appreciate that we hope will find their way to implementation."
Karbalai and pointed out that "the reform process of the requirements of the judicial system reform, where they can not reform without reform of the judiciary", calling for "relying on the honorable judges who did not contaminate their hands to repair the rest of the state institutions."
He warned the representative of reference that "the people will have a proper position which impedes or procrastinating to do reforms and fight against corruption", at the same time pointing out that "it makes sense to give an acceptable opportunity to prove its good intentions officials in the reform process to move forward."
As the religious authority called on to take into account social justice in the private staircase salaries of state employees law, noting the existence of laws it has opened broad prospects for the exercise of corruption.
Karbalai said during Friday prayers that "there are many laws and previous resolutions who opened broad prospects for the exercise of corruption", calling on the government and parliament to "reconsider their work on the amendment or repeal as required by the interest."
He added that "there is a need for legislation to issue decisions and laws are not without reform, is the most important private staircase salaries of state employees of law", calling for "social justice, taking into account the salaries of employees in peace."
