Barzani calls for Kurdish parties to end the crisis the region

Iraq Kurdistan region President Massoud Barzani of the Kurdish parties to end the crisis in the territory.
Barzani said in a statement received underground news agency copy: "out of the political crisis facing the territory, I call on all the parties participating in Government and Parliament, formally approved the meeting 20/8 out the decision hurt the public interest for the country let a final decisive end this crisis to be implemented immediately."
He called from Presidium aklik Kurdistan all the formats required on this subject.
There is disagreement among political forces in Kurdistan region presidency elections scheduled for August 20 with asking both PUK and change and Islamist Kurdish draft laws determine the validity of the President and Vice-President with the quest to transform the system of Government in the Kurdistan Parliament and not presidential.
This difference was reflected clearly in the territorial Parliament session held on 23 June, where democratic party bloc withdrew from the meeting with the other parties submitting draft defining the powers of the President, prior to consensus.
The Kurdish change movement [Curran] said the KDP's proposal to extend the mandate of the two end Barzani Omar region Parliament, out of the crisis in the Presidency of the territory, towards the end of his mandate and set a date for the holding of elections on 20 August
