BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... of the Supreme Judicial Council decided at its extraordinary session on Monday, the formation of a competent court in integrity issues, while also decided to activate the role of the public prosecutor in the follow-up issues of public money.
She said the judiciary in a statement I followed / Baghdadi News /, said that "the Supreme Judicial Council decided in its meeting today, activating the role of public prosecution in moving complaints on issues of public money."
The statement added: "It was also decided to form a competent court of appeals centers in the integrity of all issues."
He continued that "the Judicial Council canceled the administrative matter that connects the prosecution, headed by the appeal and give him independence in the performance of his duties" .
