He stressed Fayad, the need to "activate the role of Supreme Audit body responsible for checking after the exchange," and urged to "cancel the positions of the first and second deputies of the President of the House of Representatives and returns to the original staff participating teams and their ministry."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced on Sunday (17th of August 2015), reducing the number of Cabinet members to 22 members instead of 33 members, pointing to the restructuring of some ministries merged with another cross.
