Baghdad/Iraq News Network-Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi decided, Sunday evening, the abolition of 11 posts and portfolio, to reduce the number of crew members to 22 instead of 33.
Duany said in an order published by the Office of the Prime Minister, said that "based on the requirements of the public interest, based on article 78 of the Constitution and the House delegation, on behalf of the people decided to come, reducing the number of Cabinet members to have 22 members, adding to the Prime Minister, instead of 33 members.
The statement said that "Decides to abolish the posts of Deputy Prime Ministers (three), and the abolition of ministerial posts for the ministries of human rights, for women's Affairs, and State for provinces Affairs, House of representatives, and the Department of State".
He also decides to restructure Ministries merged the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, and the integration of the Ministry of environment, Ministry of health and the Ministry of municipalities merge Ministry of construction and housing, and to integrate the Ministry of tourism and Antiquities Ministry of culture ". This Decree comes in implementation of the reform package announced by Al-Abadi and ratified by Parliament last week.
