According to a source familiar with on Tuesday: "The Council of Ministers intends to refer the 0.80 director-general of the various state institutions, and 18 agent ministerial into retirement as a step in the reforms carried out by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to reduce corruption and slack in state institutions package."
