Deputy: the Judicial Council to accept Mahmoud retirement as part of the reform of the judiciary

Deputy called for the Supreme Judicial Council of the National Alliance to accept the request boss Medhat al-Mahmoud refer it to the retirement.
Haider said Alfoada that "refused to request the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Medhat al-Mahmoud to Aasb in the interest of the reforms approved by the House of Representatives and thus Mahmoud exit into retirement is part of the reform of the judicial system."
"The demonstrators, who represent all the Iraqi people and the demands of the religious authority stressed the reform of the Iraqi judiciary and the Supreme Judicial Council to reconsider its decision rejected the request of Mahmoud and approval because it was in his interest, as well as to the demands of the masses and the reference to reform the performance of the judicial institution."
The Supreme Judicial Council unanimously rejected at a special meeting held yesterday, to discuss the development of the judicial process request boss Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud transmits it to retire because "the public interest and justice at this stage require to stay in his duties as President of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Supreme Federal Court.
