Maliki: reforms announced by al-Abadi was on the table since the "years."

Former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said the issue of political and administrative reforms initiated by his successor, Haider al-Abadi in Iraq was proposed several years ago.
He said al-Maliki in his statements from Tehran that the three problems delayed the application of those reforms which sectarianism and foreign intervention and terrorism, accusing some unnamed parties that attempt to show the popular demonstrations in Iraq right now that it is directed against the current system.
