Abadi confirms further reform its procedures and warns of corrupt

(Independent) .. Council of Ministers confirmed Haider al-Abadi, as in past procedures and packages reformist nor irreversible, and warning of the privileged and the corrupt who are trying to obstruct the reform process by mixing the papers and popular symbols claims about its real purpose.
