Zaidi: We have prepared a program for the abolition of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council laws

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - a member of the parliamentary legal committee full-Zaidi said that the Commission has prepared a clear program for the abolition of all dissolved Revolutionary Command Council laws and replace them with new laws serve the new Iraq.
The House voted during its meeting in the beginning of this year, in principle, the abolition of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolutions on Kirkuk.
He said al-Zaidi's (IMN) that "the abolition of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council does not need laws to collect signatures or political consensus to abolish those laws, such as the abolition of laws stipulated according to the Iraqi constitution."
And it canceled the new Iraqi constitution materials most of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council laws, and came in line with the articles of the new laws that began in the country after 2003.
Zaidi said he "was canceled package from the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council laws, during the first half of the work of this parliamentary session."
Parliamentary Legal Committee and confirmed earlier, that they intend to amend the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolution, so as to prevent abuses on citizens' property.
