Accord Movement: We can not accuse Maliki fall of Mosul until prove guilty

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: Accord Movement, announced Wednesday, they can not accuse president of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki in the fall of Mosul, while proving to be convicted by the judiciary, in the fall of Mosul promised report just accusation by a committee in Parliament.
The Information Office of the Director of the Movement Hadi Zalmi for "tomorrow Press," "We can not confirm nor deny the involvement of president of a coalition of law Nuri al-Maliki, the fall of Mosul, while proving to be convicted by the Iraqi judiciary."
He added that "the fall of Mosul report is only the product of a committee formed by the Parliament, and can not be taking Badthamadtha only after the judgment rendered the judiciary", accusing the Commission "to refer the report to the judiciary without a thorough study."
Zalmi explained that "no person is above the law, whatever his membership and his position," stressing the need to "accounting of all the parties involved the issue of the fall of Mosul, but after being convicted by the judiciary."
