Babylonian gathered to support the demonstrators and their demands for unification...Long-Presse / Babylon It announced the trade unions and federations and coordinating Babylon and dignitaries and personalities in the province, on Thursday, the formation of a rally to help the demonstrators and unify their demands, and while noting officials in the assembly that demands varied between central and local, stressed that the most prominent is the dissolution of parliament and the provincial council and the dismissal of the governor.
A member of the governing body of the Association of Engineers and civil activist Silwan Agha, in an interview with the (long-Presse) that "the trade unions and federations and coordinating Babylon and dignitaries and personalities ornament formed, today, a gathering called the unions and coordination of Babylon to help the demonstrators and unify their demands unions gathered."
Agha said that "the meeting identified the central demands, including such as amending the Iraqi constitution and the abolition of privileges of the three presidencies and the enactment of the law of parties and reform the judiciary and activating the role of the public prosecutor and the abolition of offices of inspectors general and activating the role of the Office of Financial Supervision as well as the cancellation of the Integrity Commission."
Agha said that "the local demands agreed upon attendance represented to sack the governor of Babylon and his deputies and resolve of the provincial council and the abolition of the principle of quotas partisans in all positions to maintain and choose the general directors, managers and directors of administrative units according to professional competence and specialization."
He stressed Agha on the need "to involve trade unions and federations selection process and the Appointment and retrieve all the buildings of government and non-government and land seized by the parties and their political," and urged to "open the streets closed and remove all the excesses and the abolition of the protections and the opening of all financial files of corruption and the formation of a technical committee to review all contracts concluded in Board of Babil province since 2004 and so far and must be installed contracts and daily wages. "
A number of unions, including engineers, teachers, engineers, agricultural administrators and doctors and pharmacists, lawyers and people with engineering professions in Babylon and the Union of Jurists and the Union of Writers in Babylon and Babylon coordinating civil motionless and a set of characters and Hilla youth participated in the meeting.
