A political source revealed that the National Alliance held a meeting on Thursday discussed the request of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who asked not to interfere in the court's decision to call the leader of the Dawa party, Abdul Falah al-Sudani
The source said the arrest warrant issued against former Trade Minister Abdul Falah al-Sudani on charges of embezzling seven billion dinars.
He added that al-Abadi said during a meeting of the National Alliance and the presence of pressure for him not to raise issues relating to charges of financial corruption which implicated senior Dawa Party leaders
