Finance: budget deficit than last years 2016

The parliamentary Finance Committee, confirmed Saturday that it expected the Government ministries and institutions to submit reports that include the size of the 2016 budget needs, stressing that the fiscal deficit is estimated to double the budget by 2015.
Committee Member said Abdul Qader Mohammed agency/information/, "the parliamentary Finance Commission expects the ministries and Government institutions to submit reports for budget requirements in 2016, which was supposed to be completed in May and June".
"The Finance Committee after receiving requirements of ministries and Government institutions starts in October to write paragraphs for 2016 and then are put to Parliament for a vote before the end of the year."
Mohammed said that "balancing 2016 substantial financial deficit estimated at double the financial deficit balance occurring 2015 due to the continuing decline in world oil prices and war on terrorist bands daash Iraq commissioned the enormous amounts of money". Finished/25
