Vice submit his resignation as a prelude to the return of al-Maliki to parliament

Ft MP for the coalition of state law Hassan Sinead, his resignation from the membership of the House of Representatives.
According to a parliamentary source he said, "Sinead submitted his resignation to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to display for a vote."
It is said that Sinead, who has not won in the last parliamentary elections in 2014 has held the seat parliament as a substitute for former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, who was named as Vice President of the Republic in the current government.
